3 How can PARGS™load my Photos ? PARGS™receives your photo via e-mail and inserts them in Thumbnail and larger viewable formats.
4 Is PARGS™universally accessible ? PARGS™is a site on the World Wide Web. It is accessible via any Web browser (Microsoft® Internet Explorer; Netscape Navigator™, etc.) from anywhere around the globe, from any type of computer system, at any hour. This allows your viewers, clients and all to see your unique Photo Galleries.
Yes, you can access PARGS™from any computer that has a local or wireless connection to the World Wide Web.
6 Can I use the existing Internet software on my computer ? Yes. PARGS™does not require any proprietary software. You need to have a Web browser installed on your computer and you need access to the Internet. You can have Internet access via an ISP or your company. PARGS™recommends using the newest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator for best viewing results.
7 I already have a Home Page, why should I use PARGS™? PARGS™is the one easy solution to get others to view your photos instantly when on line and to see any changes that may occur. Just click Home on your Browser and you'll always be on track to see your Photo Galleries.
8 How will my e-mail be answered ? All inquiries and suggestions are very important to us and will be read and reviewed. While we would like to answer all correspondence individually, it is not possible because of the volume of e-mail we receive. Therefore, if your e-mail requires a direct response it will be forthcoming. General questions will be directed to FAQ.
9 What software do I need to use PARGS™? PARGS™requires that you use a Web browser that supports graphics, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer. We also recommend that you use a Web browser that also supports JavaScript™. Text-based browsers do not meet these requirements.
10 What if I have problems using PARGS™? It is very unlikely that you will have a problem using PARGS™, but if any problems are encountered Please e-mail Contact Us and we will try to answer your questions by direct e-mail or on FAQ's.
11 Do I have to have an Internet connection to use PARGS™? PARGS™are sites on the World Wide Web. You must have Internet access to use PARGS™.
12The Text on PARGS™is small and hard to see. Is there any way to make it larger (or Smaller)? Yes...Clicking the View button and selecting Text size on the Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser (At the top of your Browser) will permit you to increase or decrease the text size . Select the next text size and repeat if necessary. If you are using Netscape Navigator, Click on Options on the menu bar, then General Preferences. Next, Click on the Font (Text) tab, then Choose Fonts (Text). Select the next size and repeat if necessary. Note: Using other Browsers from certain ISP's may require the above or other remedies to correct these problems. We suggest using the Help on their Browser and typing "Text Size" for the procedure required.
